This photo was taken from the Northern Lights Trail at Discovery Ski Area. This trail is located on Jubilee Peak, and is accessed by using the Jubilee Peak chair. While the trail map lists this trail as an advanced (single diamond) trail, in reality this trail is no more than a beginner run (as most of it is very, very flat) with just a very short intermediate grade (usually with bumps) at the bottom above the lodge (where this photo was taken). While beginner skiers will want to stay off the Northern Lights Trail, any intermediate skier worth their name should be able to make their way down this short section.
