Midweight Sleeping Pads

Midweight sleeping pads are the general "all-around" pad. What's nice about them is that they are quite a bit more comfortable than the backpacking pads, but aren't that much heavier (although they are bulkier). Bascially, if you need a "multi-function" sleeping pad for both campground and backpacking use, these types of pads are what you want to get if you can only purchase one pad.
