Clifton Hypalon Accelerator

Product Details

Mix Clifton Hypalon Accelerator with Clifton Hypalon Adhesive for a significantly stronger bond and a faster cure time. Ratio: 0.8 oz. Accelerator to 1 Gal. of Adhesive. Be sure to follow ratio instructions carefully. Too much accelerator will de-activate the glue. The Accelerator comes with complete mixing instructions and a handy metering device for measuring small quantities. Clifton Accelerator can be mixed with Clifton Urethane Adhesive. It will not increase the bond strength, but will increase heat and chemical resistance of the bond. If the material bonded will be subjected to temperatures greater than 140 degrees F, use of the accelerator is recommended. Shelf Life: Good as long as it still remains liquid. The Accelerator crystallizes when exposed to moisture. Keep tightly capped between uses.

Whitewater Rafts & Gear Checklist

Sure You Need It? : Read the Whitewater Raft Guide to make doubly sure you need such a large and expensive boat. Often, a smaller inflatable kayak or inflatable raft will meet your needs.
Don't Overdo It : It IS tempting to get a boat larger than you think you'll need "just to be safe." However, smaller and lighter rafts are more maneuverable.
Don't Forget the Pump! Unless you want to spend hours inflating the raft manually, save your lungs by getting a raft pump.
Don't forget rope and tie-downs. You need something to lash dry bags down to your raft. And keep it lashed at ALL times!! Visit the Raft Accessory page to find stuff you might need.
Keep Your Gear Dry! Be sure to absolutely, positively get a dry bag. Otherwise, you'll have the fun of trying to dry out your gear over a campfire or buying a new iPod or cell phone. Visit the Dry Bags section to find various bags that meet your needs..
