This photograph was taken about a mile up the Logging Lake Hiking Trail. Logging Creek can be seen here, running through the middle of this sizable burn area. The fire burnt through this area very hot and very quickly, as virtually all trees were killed. Yet, just about a 100 yards up from this point, the fire line mysteriously and quickly ends.
