Forested Mountains and the Yaak River in Montana
The Yaak region of Montana is characterized by rolling, forested mountains and lots of water. In this photo, the Yaak River is seen while the forested mountains rise behind it. While the Yaak River Scenic Drive passes through lots of forest, there is enough opening in the canopy - particularly along the river - to allow for some nice views.
