The Swiftcurrent Pass Hiking
Trail in Glacier National Park is a relatively open trail, not
to mention being quite flat for much of its length. What this means
for the hiker is that you are surrounded by absolutely stunning sights
while still being able to enjoy a rather leisurely stroll on the trail.
A hike up this trail - even if only for a mile or two - is highly recommended
for anyone who is visiting Glacier National Park and has a few hours
of free time on their hands. Swiftcurrent Mountain is the mountain
seen in the middle of the photograph while Mt. Wilbur rises to the
right.
