This is near the end of the Iceberg Lake Trail, with Iceberg Lake located down in this big and beautiful cirque. Iceberg Lake is so named because even well into July the lake is generally covered by ice. Even when this photo was taken - mid-October following an incredibly hot and dry summer - some smaller icebergs will still floating around on parts of the lake.
