The Thompson River Scenic Drive is a 43-mile excursion through the timber country of Northwest Montana. While the views are limited, the drive closely follows the attractive Thompson River, which also has excellent fishing in spots. The drive is remote and takes visitors through a section of Montana few people ever visit.
