This photo was taken on the "west edge" of the downtown area, right after lunch at a really good Thai Restaurant (sorry, don't remember the name). In any event, it shows some of the hills (which are surprisingly barren) and mountains that are found just a few miles from the downtown. The haze you see in this picture was caused by smoke from a nearby forest fire - despite being October! Quick Links |
