This is yet another view you'll get from the first 2 miles of the Iceberg Lake Hiking trail in Glacier National Park. While the majority of the hiking trail is in the open, a short portion of the trail cuts through some moderate thick forests- although you can still get some fine views at many openings. The "Ptarmigan Wall"can also be seen in this photo, rising abruptly in the distance.
