| On the day I visited Chester, it was pretty quiet downtown. Yet, unlike many other Hi-Line towns, Chester isn't full of empty storefronts and abandoned buildings. However, it does seem like Chester on Sundays (the day I visited) is a pretty quiet place - despite the traffic that goes tearing down US Highway 2 a block away. |
