Gear Aid Tenacious Reflective Fabric Tape

Product Details

Be seen, be safe! Gear Aid Tenacious Tape(TM) Reflective Fabric Tape pops when hit by light. Enhances visibility to any outdoor gear. Stick it to clothing, bikes, boats, paddles, pet accessories. You're gonna love this stuff. 3" x 20" tape can be cut to any desired shape and it's machine washable. Tenacious Tape Reflective Tape utilizes glass bead reflective technology to reflect light better than any colored or fluorescent tape. The durable fabric is backed with Tenacious Tape(TM) clean adhesive technology that leaves no sticky residue if removed. The ultra-aggressive adhesive sticks to almost any surface without peeling, and the durable and waterproof fabric performs in both wet and dry conditions. Flexible tape conforms to shapes and corners without peeling or lifting. It's easy to apply. Just clean the area with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and cut to desired shape. Peel off backing and apply with pressure from center out to eliminate air bubbles. The adhesive will continue to strengthen over time. The tape meets the ANSI/ISEA 107 Standard for high-visibility safety apparel as required by the Federal Highway Administration. Grid marks on the backing make it easy to cut in straight line.

Whitewater Rafts & Gear Checklist

Sure You Need It? : Read the Whitewater Raft Guide to make doubly sure you need such a large and expensive boat. Often, a smaller inflatable kayak or inflatable raft will meet your needs.
Don't Overdo It : It IS tempting to get a boat larger than you think you'll need "just to be safe." However, smaller and lighter rafts are more maneuverable.
Don't Forget the Pump! Unless you want to spend hours inflating the raft manually, save your lungs by getting a raft pump.
Don't forget rope and tie-downs. You need something to lash dry bags down to your raft. And keep it lashed at ALL times!! Visit the Raft Accessory page to find stuff you might need.
Keep Your Gear Dry! Be sure to absolutely, positively get a dry bag. Otherwise, you'll have the fun of trying to dry out your gear over a campfire or buying a new iPod or cell phone. Visit the Dry Bags section to find various bags that meet your needs..
