Flint Creek
The western portion of the Pintler Scenic Route follows Flint Creek, a river which has decent trout fishing but which also has difficult access. Better trout fishing can be found at either Georgetown Lake (if you have a boat), or in nearby Rock Creek, which can be reached by following Highway 348 out of Philipsburg.
