NRS Boulder Camping Dry Box

The NRS Boulder Camping Dry Box is the little brother of the NRS Canyon Box. This light, affordable plastic dry box will keep your stuff dry and protected on your boat, in camp, and on the road. About the size of medium ice chest, this box is great for storing your camp kitchen equipment, groceries, or anything else you want to keep dry and protected. Engineering-grade polyethylene construction will take many years of use and abuse. Six tie-down points make it easy to secure the Boulder Box to your boat, luggage rack, truck or trailer. Includes two easy-to-use heavy-duty compression straps that ensure a tight seal between the lid's foam gasket and the box, keeping your stuff dry in splash and bad weather. Not intended for submersion or for protecting valuable electronics.

Price : $ 125

Dry Bags and Gear Checklist

Get a bag larger than you need : At least 1/3 of the dry bag will be "empty", even when full, so get one larger than you think you need.
Make sure you have a small, separate one for all those pesky little things : Such as keys, wallet, snack, the list is endless....
Protect Your Electronics! If you take electronic items out on the river, protect them...rivers and iPods are a poor mix.
Don't forget the rope. You need something to lash dry bags down to your raft or canoe. And keep it lashed at ALL times!!
See Through Bag? No privacy for your stuff, and it looks bad, but it's highly functional. Especially handy for smaller bags you go in and out of frequently.

The Ruby River : The Ruby River has difficult access but excellent trout fishing in a "spring creek" environment.

The Beaverhead River : The Beaverhead is one of the premiere brown trout waters in Montana. Fishing pressure is high and the fish are difficult to catch…so be warned.

The Kootenai River : Trophy trout make their home in this large river in Northwest Montana, near Libby.
