Default MT FWP ??? Whats up ?

Well maybe three is the charm.

I have sent Three E mails to our Fish, Wildlife and Parks to find out if we can shoot and call crows and Ravens. The first two where off there sight to there enforcement Bureau. The last one I sent to there General Info E address in Helena to get the proper department. I don't know there policy on answering Questions like that but I would thing who ever got an "E" would or Could forward it to the right department, I don't Know ,Just saying...

If I ever get an answer before there all moved back up to the Attic circle I'll pass it on and let the whole world know if it's legal to blast Mexico's national bird in Montana...

Crows are vermin over here, we give them No.6 when we can, bloody things will peck out the eyes of a sheep whilst it is still alive if it gets stuck on its back.
Shoot em!!!
Cheers
Richard

Back east in Jersey the crow season ran from Aug-March.You could hunt them on Monday ,Thursday,Friday and Saturday . The feds let every state implement a season for them but some dont.

you can shoot them in montana if they are a pest to you and your livestock
but montana needs to get $ 50 from you first for the permit.
not sure why you can shoot them in a open season like so many other states but here you need a permit that cost more then and elk tag
there does seem to be many around my land that die of old age
that is it gets old watching them fly around my place lol
