Wink Headed to Northern Idaho for Easter

Well I wish you all a Happy Easter day and a great weekend........My fam and I are headed just north of Coeur D Alene, Idaho 11 miles south of Sandpoint in a little town called Sagle to spend a few days with my sister, her family as well as with my Mom and Dad. My girls as well as my sisters girls will be in a big egg hunt on Easter day. We bought $60 worth of candy as well as plastic eggs. The grown ups get to have fun hiding all 8 dozen eggs...............
Then, it is barbecued ribeye steaks for dinner......................
You all have a great weekend!

Nice area, I would love to get up there ASAP, Prices are through the roof in the last 5 years.

Have a good time. I'll be cooking one of those on sale hams I bought this week.

If you could take a pole and have an extra day with one of the angling familey members that would be great, but have fun none the less. Stryker

My mom has a 35 inch 20 pound rainbow on the wall and my dad has a 16 pounder on the wall. Huge rainbows there.................

Hi again, well, I had a few cold ones with my dad and we polished off 1.5 bottles of good wine too ! I am still in Idaho in Coeur D Alene at my sister and brother in law's home. Didn't get the chance to hit lake pend oreille but we are headed home with a new boat! It is a 2005 19 ft Triumph fish n ski. Got a great deal on it at the dealers invoice and can't wait to get it out on the water this coming weekend. The boat has a 115 4 stroke mercury outboard with an 8 hp Honda kicker on the back too.
The weather has been pretty nice with a little rain. We got snowed on crossing lookover pass on I-90 Saturday but nothing was sticking........
I just read the Coeur D Alene press paper today and looked at a 34 inch rainbow a man caught then was pictured with and released the fish back into Hayden Lake and experts have said this is the largest rainbow out of Hayden Lake in it's history. It was a huge fish...........
Well, hope your Easter was a good one. ............pics of new boat to follow...........
