Mountain Hardwear Stretch Plasmic Jacket - Men's

Product Details

The Mountain Hardwear Men's Stretch Plasmic Jacket is the perfect choice for highly active adventures in the mountain when the weather looks unsettled. This fully taped jacket features a 2. 5-layer Dry. Q Evap Stretch shell that provides excellent waterproof protection while remaining stretchier and far more breathable than standard waterproof shells. Its active fit reduces bulk and weight without inhibiting your mobility whether you're hiking or climbing. Mountain Hardwear added a Vislon AquaGuard zipper at the center front for more protection against the wet world, and the front pockets are always accessible even with a harness or backpack on.

Fleece Jacket Checklist

Say "No" to Cotton: If you take cotton in the Montana backcountry...you'll be sorry sooner or later.
Pull-Over or Zip-Up? Both are popular and widely available. Make sure you get the right style for your own needs.
Snug Around the Neck? Some people like it...other's don't. But snugness helps keep the cold from seeping in. So it's a feature worth examining.
Pockets? Some fleece has tons of pockets, others none whatsoever. So check the specs before plunking down any money.
