I love this vantage point. Ansel Adams has taken several awesome photographs from this exact location. Too bad they don't have a web cam set up from this point.

This photo was taken from the Snake River Overlook. I can remember when I was a kid seeing calenders with this picture. It is a beautiful spot to view the Tetons. The wife and I are planning to return to Yellowstone/Grand Teton/and Glacier in a few years. I believe this was my 7th trip to this area. Jim have You ever visited the Canadian Rockies?

The canadian rockies are one place I've always wanted to get up to but have yet to manage to visit. With all the places here in Montana to see - I've always found it a bit difficult to get up there. Still, that's a wimpy excuse - I really want to see the Banff area in particular.

The wife and I spent 2 weeks around Banff and Jasper in 02. The drive from Lake Louise to Jasper along the Icefields Parkway is one of the most awesome drives I have ever experienced. It is a must see! If You ever get the chance, See It! Would You mind if I posted a few pics of the area around Banff and Jasper?
