Fly Fishing Combo's for $300 - $400

One of the best ways to begin the process of finding a fly rod combo is to narrow your search down by price. This page contains listings of fly rod combos that cost between $300 - $400. The combination packages include the fly rod, fly reel, the line, backing and either a rod sock or rod tube.

I consider this price range the "sweet spot" for beginner anglers in terms of getting the most for the least. Within this price range you'll find some good fly rods that also include a good reel. In short, a beginner angler is unlikely to outgrow these packages anytime soon. If you are an intermediate angler and can beg some additional funds from somewhere, considering going one level up to the $400-$500 range.
