Product Details

The Snow Peak Landbreeze 6-Person 3-Season Tent provides a durable, comfortable home away from home for you and five of your closest friends. An easy to set up and bombproof four-pole design with tons of interior space makes this dome tent ideal for family or group car camping adventures. In milder conditions, the Landbreeze 6 Tents front and back door, side mesh panels, and back ventilation awning let the breeze in. The R-shaped door panels place less stress on the zipper and the door panel for increased durability. A large vestibule keeps everyones muddy boots and wet gear out of the sleeping quarters.

Large Tents Checklist

Cabin vs. Large Dome Tent. What to choose? Cabin tents tend to be larger and usually have one or more "rooms." However, large dome tents are not as heavy or bulky, and usually are easier to setup. If you do NOT need the extra rooms, I'd suggest considering a large dome tent.
Waterproof? Any tent worth's it's name better be waterproof on the bottom AND have a waterproof rain-fly. Why? Sleep in it once during the rain and you won't need to ask.
Many Cabin Tents Are NOT Freestanding. Unlike large dome tents, many cabin tents require many stakes and lots of rope to erect. Keep this in mind when shoppng around for one. Most tents shown on this site, however, are freestanding.
How Tall? If you are going to get a big tent, it makes little sense to get one that is "squat." Thus, for big tents, it's always better to get a tent that is comfortable...and comfortable means one that is tall enough to stand fully erect in.
