Camp Chef Italia Artisan Pizza Oven
Whether you're in the comfort of your own backyard patio or roughing it at the campsite, the Camp Chef Italia Artisan Pizza Oven enables you to enjoy true artisan-style pizza. Made from stainless steel, the housing is incredibly easy to clean, has a double-wall construction and a ventilated oven door to enhance the heating dynamics, and a cordierite ceramic pizza stone to truly mimic the cooking properties of an authentic, wood-fired brick oven.Reaching temps upwards of 700F, this oven has a built-in valve ignition and a micro-adjust valve to give you total flame control, while the built-in temperature gauge lets you safely monitor internal air temps to make sure your crust is cooked to that perfect golden brown. Running on a one-pound disposable propane bottle, you're able to enjoy gourmet pizzas in the woods, but Camp Chef also realized that's not for everyone, so it included a regulator and a five-foot hose to adapt to the standard bulk propane tank for everyday, backyard use.

Camping Stoves Checklist
||What Type of Stove? For
general campground use, get a campground/propane
stove. They are
far easier to cook with, and have more options, than a backpacking
||Fuel Type? A dual fuel
stove is always handy, especially for a backpacking
for general camping use with a campground/propane
stove, it's still hard to beat propane. You can buy propane canisters
||For Backpacking... My preference
fuel stoves. They are more versatile and fuel costs are
lower. Still, there are some advantages to canister
if you don't mind the higher fuel cost that goes with them.
||Don't Invite the Bears to Dinner! When
in Montana or Yellowstone Park, the number #1 way to invite a bear
to dinner is to leave your stove (and pots/pans) lying around right
after cooking. So...don't be lazy. Clean-up once you're done cooking
and put your stove in your vehicle.
