This is the very nice view one gets soon after starting out on a hike on the Swiftcurrent Pass Trail in Glacier National Park. The river is called Swiftcurrent Creek, running a bit on the high side as this photo was taken a few weeks after spring run-off. The tall, snow capped mountain in the background is Mt. Wilbur.
