Logging Lake Trail Pictures

Logging Lake is a relatively large, backcountry lake, located in the NW part of Glacier National Park. The hike up to Logging Lake is less than beautiful as it passes through thick forests for much of its length. But, once on the shores of the lake itself, the hiker is rewarded with some fine views. Read our Logging Lake section for more information about the hiking and fishing at this lake.

Enjoy Hiking? Then visit our Hiking Gear section for helpful information about the types of gear to take for a hike in Glacier National Park or other mountain areas.
