Logging Lake really is an attractive lake, making up for the rather boring and drab walk to it up the Logging Lake Trail. The hike to reach the lake is rather boring, and at times, buggy. However, once on the lake you get some great views of a large, crystal clear lake. The mountains in the background are (from left to right) : Shoulder of Logging Mountain (elevation of 7971 feet), Mt. Gedhun (elevation of 8375 feet), Anaconda Peak (8279 feet).
