Hiking Books about Glacier National Park

There are two tunnels along the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park, one on the west side of the Continental Divide and another on the east side. The tunnel on the west side of the park seems less like a tunnel since it has openings on the side, providing nice views from within the tunnel. The east side tunnel, by contrast, is a bona-fide tunnel, about 1/8 of a mile long. Considering the rocky terrain the Going to the Sun Road, it is somewhat surprising that only two short tunnels exist on the road - especially on the west side of the continental divide.
