| The Northern Hotel is the only hotel/motel in town. The hotel is very old - and I suspect hasn't changed much over the years. Only a handful of rooms have water in the rooms. Most rooms share a community toilet, sink and shower. Looking for TV in the rooms? Sorry - not gonna happen - so bring your own. Yet, while the Northern Hotel is somewhat lacking in amenities, it's such a "unique hotel" that you really have to stay there. While the hotel is old, the owner does a great job of keeping it clean and neat - no easy task during the hunting season. Just be sure to note that check-out is at 10am - not 11am!! |
